You don’t have to be a senior citizen to become involved with The Senior Citizens Council!
Our programs and services are designed to help CSRA seniors stay active and as independent as possible by using their area resources and providing needed assistance by volunteering to help area students to be better learners and to succeed in the future. Other volunteers become companions to peers by helping them to remain safe and independent as possible.
We utilize the skills and knowledge of our seniors to broaden the horizons of younger generations and to be an understanding ally to individuals who need additional care or services.

Our programs/services are offered at no cost to them. Everyone needs a little help, including us. We would be able to provide more services if more funds were available. As a nonprofit 501(3)(c) status organization, we depend on community donors' dollars and gifts of time which support our programs.
All donations are used to expand our services and programs. We are working toward accepting online donations through our website, however at this time we welcome your checks or money orders to be mailed to the post office address posted at the bottom of this page and on the Home Page.
