Nationwide Network of Programs
The AmeriCorps Seniors is a nationwide network of programs funded by Corporation for National and Community Service, an independent federal agency created to connect Americans of all ages and backgrounds with opportunities to give back to their communities and their nation.
The Senior Citizens Council sponsors two AmeriCorps Seniors programs,
Foster Grandparent or Senior Companion designed to help eligible seniors to find the perfect volunteer opportunity.
The Advocacy Programs Department is here for you, whether you are the victim of a scam, want to develop advanced directives, need someone to assist in organizing personal business documents, or need to know resources for caring for caring for yourself or an elderly loved one.
